"I needed to influence this eminent Candy To arrive," Jamie Gottschall says of her Pennsylvania kitchen. "I needed individuals to stroll in and feel like they could lick the dividers, similar to it was Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory."
The patisserie trompe l'oeil is by Joyce Danko Design. Cabinetry is from Paradise Custom Kitchens; equipment is from Lowe's.
Painted Floor Cloth
Danko likewise painted a dream croquembouche on a canvas floor cloth.
The stroll in wash room has a wrapping station and houses a broad gathering of dishes, including classical dark colored and white transferware.
Time Out Bench
Jamie Gottschall's child David William utilizes the Time Out seat to tie his shoes.
Labeled Pink and White Tins
"I have extremely peculiar fortunes with things. After the kitchen was done I had nothing to put in the racks under the island. I strolled into Marshall's and there were these pink and white striped tins and I pretty much fell over. They say Laundry on one side, so Joyce Danko, the muralist, marked the opposite favor the names of French baked goods and delicacies."
