A Nontraditional Kitchen

Carpet from Brocade Home. Antique walnut framing from Antique Building Products. Calcutta Gold marble, Lagos Azul limestone, and Pennsylvania bluestone from the Marble and Stone Shop. In the wash room, an under-mounted stainless-steel sink by Franke is set into a Lagos Azul limestone ledge. The divider mounted spigot, with a different sprayer, makes for simple cleanup.
A Kitchen Split in Half
Grohe's 31-041 pot filler will stretch out to achieve the most distant burner on the 489 Wolf go. Hood, with frill rails, by Viking. Kohler's Vinnata spigot in brushed nickel is combined with Franke's stainless-steel Manor House sink. This kitchen was included in the March 2008 issue.

A Turn-of-the-Century Kitchen
The antique oak cupboard, initially made for a French store, is ideal for a gatherer. Susan Dossetter found the proliferation Windsor seats in Nantucket and had the table made to work with the seats and the bureau. The floor is hand-rubbed wide-board red oak.
